Conspiracy Theories and the Awakening Process

It is said that the awakening process lifts the veil of reality, the illusion of this material world, also know as 'Maya'. It also gives us a new perspective on things that are occurring on our planet at this time and with this awareness comes the curiosity to know and understand everything and to delve deeper in to many different areas.

Once you begin to question the true nature of reality your whole view of the world shifts and you begin to see things for how they truly are. The corruption and the greed are obvious to us all, but it is when you begin to look a little deeper in to what is really going on today that we see a bigger picture emerging.

Slowly, you begin to see the connectedness of all things, and how one has lead on to the other and to the other and so on. It becomes obvious that all the major events of recent times and possibly even all times have been carefully planned and orchestrated in order to give more power, wealth and control to those who are pulling the strings from behind the scenes. The secret societies and brotherhoods have been shaping the consciousness of humanity throughout time and continue to do so today. This is now becoming public knowledge and is no longer a 'wild conspiracy theory'. The evidence is there all around us, 'hidden in plain sight' as they say, and as this awakening process occurs we begin to see this truth and there can be a tendency to to become slightly obsessed with this subject and to let it consume us, filling us with fear and a feeling of hopelessness. There is much written on this subject and the knowledge and truth is spreading fast. More and more people are waking up to the fact that they have been duped, lied to and manipulated by the people they thought were looking out for them, the ones who are supposed to protect us from the 'enemy'. Except this enemy doesn't really exist. It is a Neo-Con, created by the very people who are acting as our protectors. These enemies now exist in our collective consciousness, and are enforced on a daily basis by the propaganda machine that is the media. We are manipulated in to living in fear, feeding that which we seek to destroy.

When you have an attitude of fear, you are giving that energy to the powers that seek to control us. Remember that there are only two basic human emotions-Love and Fear, and that everything that exists is just energy vibrating at a certain frequency. When we resonate with love we are raising the vibration of the planet, and when we resonate with fear we are reducing the planets vibration, thus feeding the occult agenda.

A fundamental point to understand is that these people have vast esoteric knowledge and they are using this knowledge against us every day. The negative media is one of their greatest weapons, we are bombarded with images of death and destruction continuously, which only add to our fears that the world has gone mad and is headed for catastrophe. They have also implemented the gradual dumbing down of society, which has been a very successful endeavour on their part. We have been reduced to watching mind numbing game shows and reality TV shows. Spending our lives watching other people live their lives on TV, as a substitute for actually having a life of our own. Many people spend a huge part of their waking day watching TV, unaware that when they watch they are drifting in and out of the alpha brainwave, the brainwave we go in to when we are in meditation and the early stages of hypnosis. This means we are being bombarded with images that are directly affecting our subconscious mind. Do you ever wonder why there's so much anger and violence in the world? Violent films ,TV and video games all have a direct impact on our behaviour, and the puppet masters know this all too well.

The music industry is another weapon of theirs, as the music we listen to has an extremely powerful influence on how we feel and behave. If we are constantly listening to songs with violent or sexually explicit lyrics then we will be prone to act with these traits in our daily lives. The pop 'idols' that are put out there to 'worship' are all flawed characters, ex gangsters or porn models with drug and alcohol problems and other negative traits. This is who our children are looking up to and trying to emulate, and we wonder why society is broken, but there is a way to fix it...through changing our focus and attention to Love.

If you are experiencing a Kundalini awakening or are looking into the subjects I've discussed in this article, if you identify with anything I've said then please take this advice; Stop watching the TV, stop reading the papers, and stop living with fear and anger in your hearts. Try it just for a while, and see how you feel. You will notice a change after a few days in the way you feel, and think and after a while even your behaviour will begin to change. You can then start to view things with a different perspective. Nothing is set in stone, we as a people have the power collectively to change, or even create our desired reality by the power of our intention, our emotions and beliefs. If we consciously choose to focus our attention on love, we can raise the vibration of the collective consciousness and really make a difference to our own lives, and the lives of all of humanity.

We are fast approaching the year 2012 which has been predicted by many to be a very significant year for Planet Earth. There are many theories about what is gong to occur. Some say a Polar shift of the earth's gravitation, or a Galactic alignment of the planets, also that there is another planet which will be coming into our orbit at this time which could inhabit life, and some say is actually the origin of life on earth. There are also some who say that that the truth of the mater is that this is simply when the UN will come out publicly as true power of the world. The implementation of the New World Order we have been discussing for some time now. The truth is that noone really knows and it is possible, if you believe in a mind before matter universe that we can actually affect what will occur by our focussed attention.

As with the theories mentioned previously it is important to remain balanced and not to let these things consume you or take over your life, remain objective, choose what you view carefully and what you take on board as fact. Through the power of your focussed attention you have the ability to alter reality. Focus on things you can do to spread knowledge, but do it in a positive way, without the fear based propaganda that is currently everywhere on the internet.

We will not win this battle with protests and violence, we need to join together at a deeper level to affect the change we need to happen. We need a shift in the consciousness of humanity, a new way of life that does not foster greed and selfish desires, and then we can hopefully move forward in a positive way to the next stage in our evolutionary journey. The journey in to Spirit.

12 Ways To Better Health

Do you want to loose weight, sleep better and boost your immune system?
Here are 12 ways to better health.

1 Have a lie down
Back pain can be avoided and the damage repaired with one easy exercise, which is to lie down on the floor with your knees bent, hip's width apart, feet on the floor. Do this daily for about five to fifteen minutes to release and lengthen your spine.

2 Note your nibbles
Crash diets don't work for long enough; instead maintain a food diary to note your daily eating habits. With this you'll be conscious of what you eat, and make healthier choices.

3 10 deep breaths
Our breath powers our lymphatic system, which removes waste from cells. By taking 10 deep breaths, three times a day, you'll clear more toxins and boost your thinking power by getting 20% more oxygen to your brain.

4 Put your fork down
Put your fork down between every mouthful of food, it makes you chew your food properly, preventing digestive problems, and also prevents you from over- eating.

5 Make a list
The most effective stress buster is to make a list. Your short term memory can only remember, on an average, seven things. So when you overload it , your stress level escalate. Making a list clears out all the stress from your brain you feel tension free. This saves you from headaches, depression and high blood pressure.

6 Massage your feet
Poor circulation could be robbing you of much needed sleep. Your temperature needs to drop slightly before you fall asleep, so your body dispels heat via your face, hands and feet. But many women have poor circulation, which constricts the blood vessels in their hands and feet and prevents them from dispelling heat. A hot bath before sleeping or a hand and foot massage will increase your circulation.

7 An organic apple a day
If you buy one organic item a day, make it an apple. Research found pesticide residues in 71% of apples- the highest in any fruits and vegetables.

8 Change your tea bag
When it comes to tea, white is the new green. White tea comes from the same plant as green and black tea but it's harvested earlier and undergoes less processing, which means it contains more cancer fighting anti- oxidants.

9 Eat dried apricots
The most common nutritional deficiency is iron. This causes tiredness, irritability and a lack of concentration. Prevent it by having two helpings of lean red meat a week, or three dried apricots a day.

10 Stop skipping meals
Eating three meals a day is very important for a healthy body. It's the simplest way to balance blood sugar levels, which will keep your mood, energy and concentration balanced and strengthen your stress tolerance.

11 Keep it crunchy
Include some raw vegetables in every meal. Many of the vitamins and minerals in vegetables are lost through cooking, so raw food is as good as it gets.

12 Focus on your feeling
Take two minutes to boost your resolve to take a walk, go for a jog or do an aerobics class. The instant gratification of that exercise high is far more motivating than the promise of thinner thighs two months down the line.

10 Top Healthy Foods To Keep You Fit

Healthy eating and physical fitness go together hand in hand, but there are no magic foods that cause you to be one hundred percent healthy by just eating that one particular food. You need a variety of foods from each of these food groups each day. It's also important to watch the portion size so as not to overeat. Make your mealtimes pleasant and relaxed occasions and your healthy foods will work effectively with your healthy emotions to give you a healthy body.

Berries

You may like all types of berries or just one or two favorites, but you can never go wrong by adding a few fresh berries as a quick energy snack or frozen berries made into a luscious smoothie in place of calorie laden desserts. Berries are high in vitamin C across the board, but some are high in other nutrients as well. Choose ripe blueberries for vitamin C and heaps of anti-oxidants for the health of your circulatory system. Gogi berries are less well-known but are wonderfully rich in many of the nutrients your body needs to be nutritionally and physically fit.

Citrus

The foods of the citrus family are widely recognized as a valuable source of vitamin C. Choose fully ripe citrus fruits for the best nutritional value and choose citrus as near to the tree as possible. Tree ripened fruits picked at the peak of perfection and consumed with hours of picking give you the top nutritional rating. Try grapefruit for breakfast. Add a dash of fresh squeezed lime to your salad as a dressing and enjoy slices of orange with coconut in a light honey dressing for dessert.

Vegetables

The variety of vegetables is amazing. For people who are vegetarian or vegan, choosing vegetables to be part of a nutritionally sound diet is a way of life. Your vegetable group provides many of the minerals required in a good diet. For example, you may realize that potassium is necessary for healthy nutrition. Many people claim the benefits of potassium found in a single banana. But did you know, you can also get adequate potassium in your diet by eating a stalk of broccoli? Try a salad of fresh young spinach topped with pine nuts and stirred with lightly cooked penne'. Feta cheese and a light vinaigrette dressing to create the perfect light luncheon meal.

Whole Grains

Like many other of the best foods, choosing only one type of whole grain for your meals doesn't provide all the variety you need to be nutritionally sound. Often, mixing two or more whole grains together will give you complete proteins. For example, brown rice and wheat kernels with a spicy seasoning are a popular dish in many countries.

Salmon

Salmon is lean fish and nutritionally one of the best fish choices. It is rich in Omega-3 oils that are noted as helping improve the functioning of the brain. Salmon baked whole with just lemon or lime as a seasoning makes a fantastic main dish or a hearty luncheon featured menu item. Salmon is also commonly found in chilled seafood dishes.

Legumes

A legume is the name for a variety of fruits with a single dry seed. Legumes are sometimes called pods. Examples of edible legumes are soybeans, peas, dried beans and peanuts, among others. Legumes are rich in iron and high in fiber, making them excellent nutritional choices. Peanuts are a type of legume that have been used to make hundreds of different products some edible and others with various types of helpful uses.

Nuts and seeds

Nature has packed a lot of goodness into small packages. Most everyone has heard of walnuts and pecans which are very good nutritional products, but did you realize that flax seeds are brain food--containing critical non-meat sources of the Omega-3 oil.

Lean proteins

The keyword here is lean. Americans eat far too much protein compared to the rest of the world. Cut down of portion sizes--three ounces will provide all the needed protein needed for your day. Also, trim all visible fat from your protein source. Alternatively, use non meat substitutes such as the complete proteins found in vegetable dishes like beans and brown rice.

Tea

Depending on the type of tea you prefer, you can get an energy boost from a cup of green tea, or the calming effect of chamomile tea. Get going with mint teas or start your day with Earl Grey Breakfast Tea. Herbal teas are soothing, tasty and good for you. Non herbal teas will help you to stay alert when you need help to function.

Olive oil

Olive oil is probably the healthiest substance you can use to keep fat in your diet. You can use it on your salad, mix it with a little vinegar to create your own, or fry other foods in the hot oil. Just make sure that the temperature is not too hot so that the oil is broken down.

Stuff...

We all accumulate 'stuff' as we go through life. On a physical level as in letters, newspapers and magazines, clothes, unwanted gifts and many other such things.
It occurred to me as I was clearing out my emails [for the 100th time] that we also accumulate 'stuff' online now too, and on the hard drives of our computers; downloaded videos and games, music and old emails clutter up our computer. This can slow it down at some point may cause it to break down completely if it is overloaded.

It is the same for us humans too, in a way we are like a giant computer hard drive, but we also have a very complex machine attached to that hard drive, our bodies. On a physical level we consume unhealthy food, alcohol, tobacco, and prescription and recreational drugs. These fill our body with unwanted toxins and can clog up our system and ultimately lead to ill-health.

But it is not just the physical level on which we accumulate 'stuff', it is also on the emotional and mental levels. We go through life learning different 'programs' of what we should believe, and how we should behave. We learn these from our parents, teachers, friends and the media. These 'programs' and beliefs are all stored somewhere within our consciousness, piled up on top of one another colouring our perception, and sometimes slowing us down, stopping us from moving forward. Also, the experiences we have through our lives stay with us, whether they be good or bad. Every event in our lives has an emotion attached to that experience, and these emotions become deeply engrained in our whole being. They affect our behaviour and can lead to recurring patterns of events in our lives. Also, negative emotions that stay buried and unresolved can lead to illness and disease.
So just as it essential to de-clutter our home every now and then, and clear our computer hardrives occasionally it is also essential to clear out ourselves, on all levels. Detoxing is a great way to clear out our physical body. It also helps to clear the mind and improve our overall health and well-being. There are many products available for detoxing but I prefer to use Detox Foot Patches. I find the them to be very effective and would highly recommend anyone to try them out. If you use these in conjunction with a healthy diet, plenty of water and some exercise, you should feel much clearer, in both mind and body. If you were to incorporate into this detox some kind of spiritual or mental/emotional practice you may even be able to shift some of those 'programs' and beliefs. There are many different spiritual and personal development tools available now such as Reiki, Meditation, Yoga and Hypnotherapy & NLP, plus many more and you should follow the path that speaks to you the most.
By clearing out our minds, our emotions and our physical body's we can attain a high level of health in all areas of our lives. We can realise our true potential and feel much stronger and more powerful than we ever thought possible, but it takes effort, determination, discipline and strength. You have to make a start, you must take the first step and keep with it, and you will soon be on your way to a more clear, happy and healthy you.

Why is Nutrition so Important?

It is difficult in these modern times to find the time to eat properly and far too often we find ourselves eating on the run, grabbing a burger and chips or a pre-packed sandwich, both of which have very low or no nutritional value and provide no health benefits whatsoever. Therefore our health suffers, as does our mental and emotional well- being.
The importance of proper nutrition cannot be underestimated. The body needs the correct balance of amino acids, vitamins, minerals, fatty acids and sugars to function correctly. Unfortunately, the food that we consume, more often than not, does not provide enough of these essential ingredients, leaving us susceptible to ill health through a weakened immune system. This is especially so when our diet consists of ready meals and take away food, which not only lack any nutritional value but are full of chemicals, synthetic hormones, saturated fats and other unhealthy ingredients.
Many illnesses are caused by a lack of nutrition, so it is safe to say that many cures for these illnesses can be found by the intake of a healthy balanced diet and nutritional support. You should eat as much fresh fruit and vegetables as you can, including raw vegetables, and where possible these should be organic. If it is not possible to obtain organic produce, always wash fruit or vegetables thoroughly and ensure they are as fresh as possible. Try to find a local farmers market, this way you are guaranteeing the freshness and quality of the produce. Be sure to eat different combinations of fruit each day to maximise your vitamin and mineral intake. But be careful which fruits you combine, hard fruits such as apples and bananas can be eaten together and can also be combined with cereals, oats and wholegrain bread. Soft fruits such as strawberries, plums and nectarines should be eaten alone and at least half an hour before any other food. This is because soft fruit digests much more quickly than hard fruit and if these different types of fruit are combined it can cause digestive problems.
You must also ensure you eat enough of the other food types such as eggs and cheese which are full of protein. Eat wholegrain bread and cereals for fibre, and if you’re a meat eater then eat lots of oily fish for all the essential omega oils and lean white meat for protein but limit your intake of red meat to once or twice a week. All meat should be organic. The quality of the meat greatly depends on the diet of the animal so it is very important to eat organically reared meat products. If you’re a vegetarian then eat plenty of nuts, seeds, dried fruits and pulses which will give the same essential nutrients as meat.
It takes a conscious effort on our part to really think about what we are putting into our bodies and how this can affect not only our health but our mood and behaviour. For example, if you suffer from depression or are constantly tired, you may be low on B vitamins. Or if you suffer from a lack of concentration or memory loss, you may be low on the essential amino acids or omega oils the brain needs to function correctly. Likewise if you suffer from aching joints or stiffness you may be lacking in calcium and so on. These are just examples of how a vitamin or mineral deficiency can affect your health. The good news is that these issues can easily be resolved. It is possible to visit a nutritionist and take a test to determine which vitamins and minerals are deficient and they will then advise on the best course of action for you. If you don’t wish to do this the I suggest taking a high potency multi vitamin, quality is essential, do not buy the cheapest ones you can find, ensure they are good quality with a higher percentage than the RDA. Cut out all unhealthy food from your diet, just what’s good for you and nothing else, within 2 weeks you will notice the difference. This should keep you motivated and you will not want to eat an unhealthy meal ever again.

Kundalini-A Spiritual Awakening

There are many different views on the Kundalini awakening process and also many differing experiences. Some say that awakening Kundalini can lead to insanity, others that it leads to enlightenment, that it is our birthright, and the next stage in our human evolution. I believe it is the latter but in some ways both are correct. When Kundalini is awakened it does lead to an insanity of sorts, a loss of ones mind, or ego. As all the experiences of our life come flooding back to us and our awareness grows beyond anything we could have previously imagined. It may feel like we are going insane, losing our mind. But in reality we are actually becoming sane, breaking free from our conditioned, linear ways of thinking, free to see and experience the universe for what it truly is. A huge shift in our perspective occurs, and we become able to see the connectedness of all things and to realise our true nature and full potential.

As the process unfolds the outer layers of our selves are peeled away, bit by bit, until our true self emerges, clear of all past karma and emotional blockages. A metamorphosis that happens from the inside out. Releasing and healing any traumas that are still being held inside the body and consciousness. The reason why some are classed as insane or develop psychological problems is because they are trying to stop or suppress the process through traditional methods and without a proper understanding of what is occurring. Kundalini cleanses the soul, the mind and the physical body and it is normal to experience some sort of psychological disturbance and possibly physical disturbance. But you must allow Kundalini to do what it has to do, surrender to it, do not put up resistance as this will only make the experience more uncomfortable and traumatic. Do not be afraid of it, welcome and nurture it, and the process will unfold in a much more harmonious way. Learn all you can about Kundalini. Look at differing views and make up your own mind, find your own truth. No one can tell you what is right and what is not, the truth lays within you, the knowledge is there already, you just have to remember.

There are certain methods and techniques which you can use yourself to awaken Kundalini, including certain types of meditation and breathing techniques. But be aware, once you start on this path, there is no going back, as those who awaken Kundalini and then try to suppress it are bound to experience problems. Some advise that Kundalini must be awakened by a 'Master' or 'Guru', this is your choice and is totally dependent on your own level of Spiritual development, personal knowledge, understanding and belief system. If you choose to try and awaken it yourself then you should prepare your mind and body for what is in store, attempt to clear as many toxins from the body as possible, eat well, and avoid alcohol and recreational drugs as these can all hamper the process and can lead to problems. Keep active, you must find ways of releasing excess energy otherwise it will become stagnant and could cause problems. A good way to combine physical activity with the process is through Kundalini Yoga which was specifically created to awaken Kundalini and is reported to be one of the earliest forms of yoga. It is similar to Hatha yoga but with more focus on awakening Kundalini. Ha-tha literally means Sun-Moon, and yoga means union, so a union of the sun and moon energies, which is what occurs during the Kundalini awakening process.

It is important to read as much as possible about the process, but remember to find your own truth, do not rely on anyone else to tell what is right and what is not. Approached with the right attitude and with correct preparation Kundalini is an amazing, joyful experience. If we go through this process with love, compassion and forgiveness in our hearts and embrace the process fully then it is truly the ultimate goal in our spiritual development, the true path to Enlightenment and an evolution of consciousness.

The Power Of Beliefs

Our beliefs form the basis of our reality and determine how well or how poorly we do in life. We have various beliefs instilled in us in childhood and throughout our lives, primarily by our family and education, but also from our friends, co-workers and the media and these beliefs become embedded in our sub-conscious mind directly affect our reality. Other deeper held beliefs can actually be passed on down the family line and these are so deeply woven into the fabric of who we are we may not even be aware of them.

Self limiting beliefs hold us back and stop us achieving our dreams and keep us from realizing our true potential. This usually occurs simply because we possess the belief that we will never succeed or that we are not good enough to be the person we want to be or to achieve the things that we want to achieve. Our consciousness and self image are distorted by these beliefs, whether we are consciously aware of it or not.

For success to manifest in any area of our lives we must first identify those limiting beliefs that are holding us back and inhibiting our ability to succeed. Just as you limit yourself based on negative beliefs, you will greatly empower your-self by replacing those limiting beliefs with positive ones.

The subconscious mind will accept both negative and positive views of what can and cannot be achieved with little regard for how helpful or not the information is. It does not differentiate between good or bad it just obeys.

So, change your beliefs and you change your life. It's as simple as that! No amount of affirmations will make a difference unless you address the core beliefs which you hold about yourself and the world around you.

Do not allow your mind to ruin something before it has a chance for success. However do be realistic when trying to achieve anything. Just having a blindly optimistic belief in something does not guarantee success. But it can be greatly enhance the chances that you will achieve what you want to achieve.

Below is a great system for getting rid of self limiting beliefs

Easy Self Hypnosis

There are many ways in which to induce a hypnotic state. Whih is simply a deeply relaxed state of mind, where the body is still, and the subconscious mind assumes a more dominant role. This allows the therapeutic cognitive processes to be a highly effective method for reprogramming the mind in a positive way.

A hypnotic state is very simply created by;

- Focusing one’s attention on a single point.
- Relaxing the body and mind.
- Allowing unnecessary thoughts to simply drift away, without any attachment.

This process can be easily accomplished by the technique that follows. It is known as the “Eye Roll Technique’, and is a very old but powerful way of entering a safe therapeutic hypnotic trance. When in this relaxed state of mind, it is possible to offer oneself any positive suggestions or affirmations in order to bring about the changes which you desire. You can do this by recording these affirmations on to a dicta-phone or similar device prior to the exercise.

Examples of positive statements and affirmations are given further on but will depend on your own personal issues.

THE TECHNIQUE

Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed and either sit down or lie down comfortably.
Roll up your eyes, as if you were trying to look at your eyebrows.
Allow your eyelids to slowly close, and as you do so, take in a deep breath and hold it.

As you slowly exhale, allow your upturned eyes to return to their normal position.

As you finish exhaling, enjoy that gentle, floating sensation that you will experience.
At the same time, imagine your right hand to be very light, like it has a helium balloon tied to it making it rise gently. You may be surprised at the ease by which your hand and arm seem to float up by themselves.
This floating hand signal is a signal from your subconscious mind that you are entering a state of deep relaxation.

As you remain in this deeply relaxed, hypnotic state of mind, offer yourself any positive, therapeutic suggestions which you feel will help to bring about the changes you really want or need. It is probably best to focus on one or two areas at a time and not to try and achieve too much too quickly as this may leave you feeling disappointed if the changes do not materialize immediately.

Remain in this state for 10-20 minutes each time.

You can repeat the process as many times in a day as you like but you may want to limit it to 2 or 3 times per day as to give yourself time to process any suggestions you have given your sub- conscious mind.

EXITING THE TRANCE STATE

Roll up your eyes behind your closed eyelids.
Very slowly, allow your eyelids to open, and the eyes to focus.
Make a tight fist with your right hand, and as you do, allow this light floating hand to drift down into a comfortable position. As it comes to rest, release the tight fist and gently stretch those fingers.

It may take you a little time to perfect the technique, especially if you are the ‘on the go all the time’ sort of person. Relaxation comes easier to some people than to others, so always bear this in mind.

If you want to make positive changes in your life, this easy to learn technique can get great results in the end. The beauty of it is that once you have mastered the technique you will be able to enter a relaxed state f mind much more easily and deeply.

Another point to remember is that everyone is capable of entering into a hypnotic state.
But just as we are all different, so is the ease with which we enter into a hypnotic trance.
Some will succeed on their first or second attempt, where as others may need many more attempts. The motto is—PERSERVERE. It may take time, but the rewards are well worth the effort.

Living with Gratitude

Gratitude and appreciation of what we already have is essential if we are to lead a happy and fulfilled life, and if we are to manifest the things we want in life. Every day when you wake up you should be thankful for the good things that you already have, and for the people you have around you.
Many people around the world don’t have even basics like food, water and their own place to live and it's important to remember that. It’s only natural to want more out of life and to want to improve yourself and your situation but first you need to appreciate what you already have

Try to start your day with feelings of gratitude and hold on to that feeling all day.
Not only will you feel happier but you will begin to manifest more of the things that you desire.

This does not jut apply to material wealth but to realtionships, career and family life also. Always be grateful for what you have, stay focussed on the present moment and life will begin to change in miraculous ways.

Love and fear

There are only two basic emotions, love and fear. Anger, aggression, resentment and depression all stem from fear. Joy, happiness, kindness and compassion all have their roots in love. You can choose to live in fear or you can choose to live in love, it’s up to you. When I say love I do not mean romantic love but all the all encompassing unconditional love which is our true nature.
The best way to remove our fears is to face them fully and try to live with an attitude of love, compassion, forgiveness and gratitude. Be grateful for the small things in life, show compassion to every living thing, forgive yourself and others for past mistakes. By doing this you are cultivating postive emotions and raising your vibration, which in turn eliminates negative feelings and emotions.

Fear can stop you moving forward with your life and can lead to depression and other problems, which can in turn lead to physical health problems. The vast majority of people do not understand the correlation of their emotional health with their physical health and will often compound their health problems with negative thoughts and feelings. It becomes a vicious cycle and it can seem that problems just keep appearing. But it is vital to understand the role your thoughts and emotions play in this cycle, you must break the pattern and take control of your emotions and you will feel much happier and positive, and you will see an immediate improvement to your overall well-being.

It is important to understand that life is always in a cycle of ups and downs. No one is permanently up or permanently down. What we should do about these dark times is to learn from them, try not to avoid them and not to get stuck in them with negative thoughts and emotions which will only prolong the misery. Realise that it is you who is control of how you feel, no matter what is happening around you. Understand that it is you who shapes the world around you with your thoughts and emotions, what you feel, you project out into the universe and the universe projects it right back at you!
Make a choice to live with an attitude of love, and the universe will give you the same in return.
