Conspiracy Theories and the Awakening Process

It is said that the awakening process lifts the veil of reality, the illusion of this material world, also know as 'Maya'. It also gives us a new perspective on things that are occurring on our planet at this time and with this awareness comes the curiosity to know and understand everything and to delve deeper in to many different areas.

Once you begin to question the true nature of reality your whole view of the world shifts and you begin to see things for how they truly are. The corruption and the greed are obvious to us all, but it is when you begin to look a little deeper in to what is really going on today that we see a bigger picture emerging.

Slowly, you begin to see the connectedness of all things, and how one has lead on to the other and to the other and so on. It becomes obvious that all the major events of recent times and possibly even all times have been carefully planned and orchestrated in order to give more power, wealth and control to those who are pulling the strings from behind the scenes. The secret societies and brotherhoods have been shaping the consciousness of humanity throughout time and continue to do so today. This is now becoming public knowledge and is no longer a 'wild conspiracy theory'. The evidence is there all around us, 'hidden in plain sight' as they say, and as this awakening process occurs we begin to see this truth and there can be a tendency to to become slightly obsessed with this subject and to let it consume us, filling us with fear and a feeling of hopelessness. There is much written on this subject and the knowledge and truth is spreading fast. More and more people are waking up to the fact that they have been duped, lied to and manipulated by the people they thought were looking out for them, the ones who are supposed to protect us from the 'enemy'. Except this enemy doesn't really exist. It is a Neo-Con, created by the very people who are acting as our protectors. These enemies now exist in our collective consciousness, and are enforced on a daily basis by the propaganda machine that is the media. We are manipulated in to living in fear, feeding that which we seek to destroy.

When you have an attitude of fear, you are giving that energy to the powers that seek to control us. Remember that there are only two basic human emotions-Love and Fear, and that everything that exists is just energy vibrating at a certain frequency. When we resonate with love we are raising the vibration of the planet, and when we resonate with fear we are reducing the planets vibration, thus feeding the occult agenda.

A fundamental point to understand is that these people have vast esoteric knowledge and they are using this knowledge against us every day. The negative media is one of their greatest weapons, we are bombarded with images of death and destruction continuously, which only add to our fears that the world has gone mad and is headed for catastrophe. They have also implemented the gradual dumbing down of society, which has been a very successful endeavour on their part. We have been reduced to watching mind numbing game shows and reality TV shows. Spending our lives watching other people live their lives on TV, as a substitute for actually having a life of our own. Many people spend a huge part of their waking day watching TV, unaware that when they watch they are drifting in and out of the alpha brainwave, the brainwave we go in to when we are in meditation and the early stages of hypnosis. This means we are being bombarded with images that are directly affecting our subconscious mind. Do you ever wonder why there's so much anger and violence in the world? Violent films ,TV and video games all have a direct impact on our behaviour, and the puppet masters know this all too well.

The music industry is another weapon of theirs, as the music we listen to has an extremely powerful influence on how we feel and behave. If we are constantly listening to songs with violent or sexually explicit lyrics then we will be prone to act with these traits in our daily lives. The pop 'idols' that are put out there to 'worship' are all flawed characters, ex gangsters or porn models with drug and alcohol problems and other negative traits. This is who our children are looking up to and trying to emulate, and we wonder why society is broken, but there is a way to fix it...through changing our focus and attention to Love.

If you are experiencing a Kundalini awakening or are looking into the subjects I've discussed in this article, if you identify with anything I've said then please take this advice; Stop watching the TV, stop reading the papers, and stop living with fear and anger in your hearts. Try it just for a while, and see how you feel. You will notice a change after a few days in the way you feel, and think and after a while even your behaviour will begin to change. You can then start to view things with a different perspective. Nothing is set in stone, we as a people have the power collectively to change, or even create our desired reality by the power of our intention, our emotions and beliefs. If we consciously choose to focus our attention on love, we can raise the vibration of the collective consciousness and really make a difference to our own lives, and the lives of all of humanity.

We are fast approaching the year 2012 which has been predicted by many to be a very significant year for Planet Earth. There are many theories about what is gong to occur. Some say a Polar shift of the earth's gravitation, or a Galactic alignment of the planets, also that there is another planet which will be coming into our orbit at this time which could inhabit life, and some say is actually the origin of life on earth. There are also some who say that that the truth of the mater is that this is simply when the UN will come out publicly as true power of the world. The implementation of the New World Order we have been discussing for some time now. The truth is that noone really knows and it is possible, if you believe in a mind before matter universe that we can actually affect what will occur by our focussed attention.

As with the theories mentioned previously it is important to remain balanced and not to let these things consume you or take over your life, remain objective, choose what you view carefully and what you take on board as fact. Through the power of your focussed attention you have the ability to alter reality. Focus on things you can do to spread knowledge, but do it in a positive way, without the fear based propaganda that is currently everywhere on the internet.

We will not win this battle with protests and violence, we need to join together at a deeper level to affect the change we need to happen. We need a shift in the consciousness of humanity, a new way of life that does not foster greed and selfish desires, and then we can hopefully move forward in a positive way to the next stage in our evolutionary journey. The journey in to Spirit.

12 Ways To Better Health

Do you want to loose weight, sleep better and boost your immune system?
Here are 12 ways to better health.

1 Have a lie down
Back pain can be avoided and the damage repaired with one easy exercise, which is to lie down on the floor with your knees bent, hip's width apart, feet on the floor. Do this daily for about five to fifteen minutes to release and lengthen your spine.

2 Note your nibbles
Crash diets don't work for long enough; instead maintain a food diary to note your daily eating habits. With this you'll be conscious of what you eat, and make healthier choices.

3 10 deep breaths
Our breath powers our lymphatic system, which removes waste from cells. By taking 10 deep breaths, three times a day, you'll clear more toxins and boost your thinking power by getting 20% more oxygen to your brain.

4 Put your fork down
Put your fork down between every mouthful of food, it makes you chew your food properly, preventing digestive problems, and also prevents you from over- eating.

5 Make a list
The most effective stress buster is to make a list. Your short term memory can only remember, on an average, seven things. So when you overload it , your stress level escalate. Making a list clears out all the stress from your brain you feel tension free. This saves you from headaches, depression and high blood pressure.

6 Massage your feet
Poor circulation could be robbing you of much needed sleep. Your temperature needs to drop slightly before you fall asleep, so your body dispels heat via your face, hands and feet. But many women have poor circulation, which constricts the blood vessels in their hands and feet and prevents them from dispelling heat. A hot bath before sleeping or a hand and foot massage will increase your circulation.

7 An organic apple a day
If you buy one organic item a day, make it an apple. Research found pesticide residues in 71% of apples- the highest in any fruits and vegetables.

8 Change your tea bag
When it comes to tea, white is the new green. White tea comes from the same plant as green and black tea but it's harvested earlier and undergoes less processing, which means it contains more cancer fighting anti- oxidants.

9 Eat dried apricots
The most common nutritional deficiency is iron. This causes tiredness, irritability and a lack of concentration. Prevent it by having two helpings of lean red meat a week, or three dried apricots a day.

10 Stop skipping meals
Eating three meals a day is very important for a healthy body. It's the simplest way to balance blood sugar levels, which will keep your mood, energy and concentration balanced and strengthen your stress tolerance.

11 Keep it crunchy
Include some raw vegetables in every meal. Many of the vitamins and minerals in vegetables are lost through cooking, so raw food is as good as it gets.

12 Focus on your feeling
Take two minutes to boost your resolve to take a walk, go for a jog or do an aerobics class. The instant gratification of that exercise high is far more motivating than the promise of thinner thighs two months down the line.

10 Top Healthy Foods To Keep You Fit

Healthy eating and physical fitness go together hand in hand, but there are no magic foods that cause you to be one hundred percent healthy by just eating that one particular food. You need a variety of foods from each of these food groups each day. It's also important to watch the portion size so as not to overeat. Make your mealtimes pleasant and relaxed occasions and your healthy foods will work effectively with your healthy emotions to give you a healthy body.

Berries

You may like all types of berries or just one or two favorites, but you can never go wrong by adding a few fresh berries as a quick energy snack or frozen berries made into a luscious smoothie in place of calorie laden desserts. Berries are high in vitamin C across the board, but some are high in other nutrients as well. Choose ripe blueberries for vitamin C and heaps of anti-oxidants for the health of your circulatory system. Gogi berries are less well-known but are wonderfully rich in many of the nutrients your body needs to be nutritionally and physically fit.

Citrus

The foods of the citrus family are widely recognized as a valuable source of vitamin C. Choose fully ripe citrus fruits for the best nutritional value and choose citrus as near to the tree as possible. Tree ripened fruits picked at the peak of perfection and consumed with hours of picking give you the top nutritional rating. Try grapefruit for breakfast. Add a dash of fresh squeezed lime to your salad as a dressing and enjoy slices of orange with coconut in a light honey dressing for dessert.

Vegetables

The variety of vegetables is amazing. For people who are vegetarian or vegan, choosing vegetables to be part of a nutritionally sound diet is a way of life. Your vegetable group provides many of the minerals required in a good diet. For example, you may realize that potassium is necessary for healthy nutrition. Many people claim the benefits of potassium found in a single banana. But did you know, you can also get adequate potassium in your diet by eating a stalk of broccoli? Try a salad of fresh young spinach topped with pine nuts and stirred with lightly cooked penne'. Feta cheese and a light vinaigrette dressing to create the perfect light luncheon meal.

Whole Grains

Like many other of the best foods, choosing only one type of whole grain for your meals doesn't provide all the variety you need to be nutritionally sound. Often, mixing two or more whole grains together will give you complete proteins. For example, brown rice and wheat kernels with a spicy seasoning are a popular dish in many countries.

Salmon

Salmon is lean fish and nutritionally one of the best fish choices. It is rich in Omega-3 oils that are noted as helping improve the functioning of the brain. Salmon baked whole with just lemon or lime as a seasoning makes a fantastic main dish or a hearty luncheon featured menu item. Salmon is also commonly found in chilled seafood dishes.

Legumes

A legume is the name for a variety of fruits with a single dry seed. Legumes are sometimes called pods. Examples of edible legumes are soybeans, peas, dried beans and peanuts, among others. Legumes are rich in iron and high in fiber, making them excellent nutritional choices. Peanuts are a type of legume that have been used to make hundreds of different products some edible and others with various types of helpful uses.

Nuts and seeds

Nature has packed a lot of goodness into small packages. Most everyone has heard of walnuts and pecans which are very good nutritional products, but did you realize that flax seeds are brain food--containing critical non-meat sources of the Omega-3 oil.

Lean proteins

The keyword here is lean. Americans eat far too much protein compared to the rest of the world. Cut down of portion sizes--three ounces will provide all the needed protein needed for your day. Also, trim all visible fat from your protein source. Alternatively, use non meat substitutes such as the complete proteins found in vegetable dishes like beans and brown rice.

Tea

Depending on the type of tea you prefer, you can get an energy boost from a cup of green tea, or the calming effect of chamomile tea. Get going with mint teas or start your day with Earl Grey Breakfast Tea. Herbal teas are soothing, tasty and good for you. Non herbal teas will help you to stay alert when you need help to function.

Olive oil

Olive oil is probably the healthiest substance you can use to keep fat in your diet. You can use it on your salad, mix it with a little vinegar to create your own, or fry other foods in the hot oil. Just make sure that the temperature is not too hot so that the oil is broken down.

Stuff...

We all accumulate 'stuff' as we go through life. On a physical level as in letters, newspapers and magazines, clothes, unwanted gifts and many other such things.
It occurred to me as I was clearing out my emails [for the 100th time] that we also accumulate 'stuff' online now too, and on the hard drives of our computers; downloaded videos and games, music and old emails clutter up our computer. This can slow it down at some point may cause it to break down completely if it is overloaded.

It is the same for us humans too, in a way we are like a giant computer hard drive, but we also have a very complex machine attached to that hard drive, our bodies. On a physical level we consume unhealthy food, alcohol, tobacco, and prescription and recreational drugs. These fill our body with unwanted toxins and can clog up our system and ultimately lead to ill-health.

But it is not just the physical level on which we accumulate 'stuff', it is also on the emotional and mental levels. We go through life learning different 'programs' of what we should believe, and how we should behave. We learn these from our parents, teachers, friends and the media. These 'programs' and beliefs are all stored somewhere within our consciousness, piled up on top of one another colouring our perception, and sometimes slowing us down, stopping us from moving forward. Also, the experiences we have through our lives stay with us, whether they be good or bad. Every event in our lives has an emotion attached to that experience, and these emotions become deeply engrained in our whole being. They affect our behaviour and can lead to recurring patterns of events in our lives. Also, negative emotions that stay buried and unresolved can lead to illness and disease.
So just as it essential to de-clutter our home every now and then, and clear our computer hardrives occasionally it is also essential to clear out ourselves, on all levels. Detoxing is a great way to clear out our physical body. It also helps to clear the mind and improve our overall health and well-being. There are many products available for detoxing but I prefer to use Detox Foot Patches. I find the them to be very effective and would highly recommend anyone to try them out. If you use these in conjunction with a healthy diet, plenty of water and some exercise, you should feel much clearer, in both mind and body. If you were to incorporate into this detox some kind of spiritual or mental/emotional practice you may even be able to shift some of those 'programs' and beliefs. There are many different spiritual and personal development tools available now such as Reiki, Meditation, Yoga and Hypnotherapy & NLP, plus many more and you should follow the path that speaks to you the most.
By clearing out our minds, our emotions and our physical body's we can attain a high level of health in all areas of our lives. We can realise our true potential and feel much stronger and more powerful than we ever thought possible, but it takes effort, determination, discipline and strength. You have to make a start, you must take the first step and keep with it, and you will soon be on your way to a more clear, happy and healthy you.

Why is Nutrition so Important?

It is difficult in these modern times to find the time to eat properly and far too often we find ourselves eating on the run, grabbing a burger and chips or a pre-packed sandwich, both of which have very low or no nutritional value and provide no health benefits whatsoever. Therefore our health suffers, as does our mental and emotional well- being.
The importance of proper nutrition cannot be underestimated. The body needs the correct balance of amino acids, vitamins, minerals, fatty acids and sugars to function correctly. Unfortunately, the food that we consume, more often than not, does not provide enough of these essential ingredients, leaving us susceptible to ill health through a weakened immune system. This is especially so when our diet consists of ready meals and take away food, which not only lack any nutritional value but are full of chemicals, synthetic hormones, saturated fats and other unhealthy ingredients.
Many illnesses are caused by a lack of nutrition, so it is safe to say that many cures for these illnesses can be found by the intake of a healthy balanced diet and nutritional support. You should eat as much fresh fruit and vegetables as you can, including raw vegetables, and where possible these should be organic. If it is not possible to obtain organic produce, always wash fruit or vegetables thoroughly and ensure they are as fresh as possible. Try to find a local farmers market, this way you are guaranteeing the freshness and quality of the produce. Be sure to eat different combinations of fruit each day to maximise your vitamin and mineral intake. But be careful which fruits you combine, hard fruits such as apples and bananas can be eaten together and can also be combined with cereals, oats and wholegrain bread. Soft fruits such as strawberries, plums and nectarines should be eaten alone and at least half an hour before any other food. This is because soft fruit digests much more quickly than hard fruit and if these different types of fruit are combined it can cause digestive problems.
You must also ensure you eat enough of the other food types such as eggs and cheese which are full of protein. Eat wholegrain bread and cereals for fibre, and if you’re a meat eater then eat lots of oily fish for all the essential omega oils and lean white meat for protein but limit your intake of red meat to once or twice a week. All meat should be organic. The quality of the meat greatly depends on the diet of the animal so it is very important to eat organically reared meat products. If you’re a vegetarian then eat plenty of nuts, seeds, dried fruits and pulses which will give the same essential nutrients as meat.
It takes a conscious effort on our part to really think about what we are putting into our bodies and how this can affect not only our health but our mood and behaviour. For example, if you suffer from depression or are constantly tired, you may be low on B vitamins. Or if you suffer from a lack of concentration or memory loss, you may be low on the essential amino acids or omega oils the brain needs to function correctly. Likewise if you suffer from aching joints or stiffness you may be lacking in calcium and so on. These are just examples of how a vitamin or mineral deficiency can affect your health. The good news is that these issues can easily be resolved. It is possible to visit a nutritionist and take a test to determine which vitamins and minerals are deficient and they will then advise on the best course of action for you. If you don’t wish to do this the I suggest taking a high potency multi vitamin, quality is essential, do not buy the cheapest ones you can find, ensure they are good quality with a higher percentage than the RDA. Cut out all unhealthy food from your diet, just what’s good for you and nothing else, within 2 weeks you will notice the difference. This should keep you motivated and you will not want to eat an unhealthy meal ever again.
